Backup all databases on a server.

This stored procedure will backup all databases on a server.
It will also delete old backups depending on the retention period.
A table DatabaseBackup is maintained to allow the changing of the retention period or exclusion of a database.

This Sp is useful for development systems where databases may be created in an ad-hoc manner but still need to be included in the backups.

Create a database Admin and include this SP and table and schedule it t run.
